Episode 13 Sakura and the Elephant's Test of Strength (by Kira) {back}

Scene of something very heavy walking by in penguin park. (You never see what it is!) Toya is talking to his dad. They hear a story on the news about something strange going on at penguin park. Sakura has a feild trip today and is happy. Toya tells her to be careful in the park. Sakura sees the story on the TV. She sees the penguin slide is upside down! As she goes past she wonders if it is a Clow Card. Then Yuki sees her and they talk. (Lucky Sakura Yuki has to go in early too!) We sees them go by as we see a close up of the news crew reporting the story. Yuki gives her candy again! Sakura is so happy she practically dances with joy!! The go on their field trip. Everyone gets in groups and each group is given an animal and a camera to take pix of it. Mr Terada tells everyone to meet back at 2:00 and the kids go off to find their animal. Tomoyo is given the task of taking pix! The othere girls talk about what happened at penguin park and Sakura rushes off before she gets scared. They go to the elephants. Meanwhile the guys are studying the sloths. Yamazaki tells Li anothere one of his stories! He tells him that if the sloth is happy he'll move really fast!!! Li totally believes this! The othere guys find that funny! The the scene shifts back to the elephants! Sakura loves them! Everyone talks and next we hear a loud crash! I strong wind comes by and the animals get nervous. Then we see the elephants playing tug-o-war with their keepers. When Sakura opens her backpack Kero pops out so she and Tomoyo leave so they can talk to him. They argue about him coming! Kero just wanted some of her yummy lunch! Quick scene of Rika giving Mr.Terada a lunch she made for him. Then we see Li is still waiting to see if the sloths will get happy! Just then theree is a loud crash and Kero and Sakura sense a Clow Card! Meanwhile they are also scared by a loose penguin! More crashing noises! Everyone is frightened. Sakura and Tomoyo and Kero go off to look for the card. They find ani,mals running loose. Meanwhile Li waits for the right moment and gives Yamazaki his camera and runs off to look for the card too! The thing making the noise heads for the elephants! It picks one up and throws it up in the air! Sakura and Windy save it! Then they realize it's Power and the elephants are in trouble again. Then Power chases them until Sakura challenges it to Tug-o-war. Everyone is surprised when power shows itself because it looks like a little girl! Sakura and the elephants tu-o-war with Power. Power seems to be winning so Li who's watching up a tree, stops time and helps Sakura by taking the rope from Power's hands. When time starts again Sakura wins! She then seals the card! Li then leaves and wonders if he missed the sloth moving! Next scene is back at penguin park and the slide is put right. Tomoyo sees Sakura and shows her a pic she took. Yuki comes by and a wind blows the pic out of Sakura's hands. Yuki catches it. He see's Sakura holding up the slide and comments on trick photography! Leave it to Kero is about the summer school uniform and Kero chan check is about her backpack.
