Info:
Yukito has been Touya's best friend and classmate for many years. They are very close, he knows most of Touya and the Kinomoto family's secrets. He cares a lot for Sakura. He's always there to look after her when she needs someone.
He is a soft spoken, a very gentle and caring person
He lives with his grandparents who are always away.
He has an enormous appetite and loves eating.
He is adored by Sakura and Syaoran who think he he is wonderful. (So do we)

Spoilers:
Yukito has Yue the moon Clow guardian hidden inside of him. Yukito first transformed into Yue at the final judgement in episode 45. He doesn't know about his hidden form but starts to realize that something fishy is going on when he keeps on waking up in wierd places. At first, his other form, Yue would make him sleep when he need to transform so that Yukito wouldn't find out but after a while they begin to feel eachother's emotions and communicate with eachother. The turning point comes when Yukito finally tells Touya about the other form inside of him and Touya gives his power to them to save their life.
Yukito and Yue are the same being. Unlike the other guardians who have different forms but one personality, Yukito was created by Clow and given no knowledge of Yue: he lived his own life for a few years until the final judgement awoke the dormant Yue inside of him. He did not have a childhood or parents, he just appeared one day in Tomoeda and became an extended member of the Kinomoto family through friendship.
Originally Clow had intended for Yukito and Sakura to fall in love, work and protect eachother as husband and wife but fate brought Touya and Syaoran into the equation. Clow was happily suprised at the final outcome.


Relationships:
Sakura and Syaoran were attracted and gooey over Yukito because of the power he gave off as the Clow judge but also because of his kindness as a friend and big brother figure. Yukito used to be Sakura's most important person. She adores him and loves the way he cares for her. Yukito gently tells her that his love for her is more fatherly and that maybe she loves him like she loves her father. Sakura is heartbroken but realized that Yukito is right when he says that he is not her soulmate: She has fallen in love with Syaoran.

Nakuru/Rubymoon finds Yukito very cute but her main aim is to distract Touya from Yukito and get him for herself.

Touya is the best friend, brother in arms and everything important to Yukito. Their relationship can be interpreted in many ways: You can believe they one day become lovers or that they have a non romantic bond of friendship and brotherhood.
In any case, Touya will always be there in Yukito and Yue's life.
